Vector Cyber Security Labs, LLC ("we", "us") operates this enrollment portal. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

When you submit an enrollment application we collect only what the form asks for:
The phone number is optional. You can submit an application without it.
We use this information for one purpose only: to assess your application and contact you about it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not send newsletters, and we do not contact you about future courses unless you separately ask us to.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the application form. You may withdraw it at any time.
We delete every application from this form 30 days after it is submitted. This happens automatically, whether or not your application proceeds.
If you enroll, your details are transferred to our student records, which are held separately and governed by the enrollment agreement you sign at that point.
Your application is stored in Microsoft Azure and notified to our admissions inbox in Microsoft 365. Both are operated by Microsoft as our processor, on servers in the United States. Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as IP addresses to protect against abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, recruiters, or any other third party.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and you can ask us to stop processing your data.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Applications are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled Azure infrastructure. We do not collect payment details through this form, and we will never ask for your password or financial information by email.
This programme is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an application, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
